Researching Fonts

Front covers: when looking at indie genre album/digipak covers I notices that most of them had at least a piece of very bold and stand-out typography on them; whether it's the band's name or the title of the CD. Most of them also have developed a brand-identity-fitting fonts as well (see Bastille and Florence & The Maschine for more obvious examples).
Back covers: the font usually links well to the font used throughout the whole of the digipak. For instance, Ellie's Bright Lights album theme is well represented through the use of a font which seems to give off light with its effect. In the Artic Monkeys album back cover, we can see how the font is taller and more bold which represents the music of the band as it's quite indie rock/alternative.

Individual fonts: I looked for some fonts which suggested the indie genre immediately and I came across these two. I though the almost handwriting style font feels quite simple but reflective of the indie genre.
